Normal X-rays. As patient is very early in her disease, there are no changes yet that we would associated with damage from RA. We want to treat her ASAP and achieve remission to prevent any radiographic changes or physical deformities from ever occurring.

There is soft tissue swelling, periarticular osteopenia, joint space narrowing, erosions (ulnar styloids, multiple carpal bones, MCPs, PIPs), and ulnar deviation.
